This Privacy Policy explains what information Eat Well Age Less (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit our website or buy our digital guide Eat Well, Age Less: The 7-Day Protein Plan for Women 40+, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version: we don’t sell your personal information. Payments are handled by Whop, so we never see your full card details. We use analytics and advertising tools to understand how our page works. You can email us any time at [email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

1. Information we collect

When you visit our website. Our page has no forms. After a purchase, the page saves a small note in your browser (local storage) so your download is still available when you return. The checkout is provided by Whop and may set its own cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits (pages viewed, referrers, country and device type); it does not use cookies or local storage. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. Like most websites, it may use cookies and similar technologies that automatically collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, time on page and the website that sent you to us.

When you buy. Checkout and payment are handled by Whop (whop.com). Whop collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the information needed to deliver and support your order, such as your name, email address, the product purchased, the price paid and the date of purchase. We do not receive or store your full card number.

When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

2. How we use your information

3. Analytics and advertising tools

We may use the following third-party tools. Each one collects information under its own privacy policy:

You can limit this tracking by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, or by using the opt-out tools offered by Google (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).

4. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it, so our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still use the cookie and ad settings described above.

5. Emails

We currently send only emails related to your order, such as refund confirmations and replies to your questions. Your purchase receipt is sent by Whop. If we start sending newsletters or promotional emails, we will update this policy, and every such email will include a one-click way to unsubscribe.

6. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business: Whop (checkout and payments), our website hosting provider (Cloudflare), our email provider, and the analytics and advertising tools listed above. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.

7. How long we keep information

We keep order and support information for as long as needed to provide the guide, handle refunds and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is kept according to each tool’s own settings.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on the state you live in (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

9. Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. By using our website, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.

12. Changes to this policy
